Feedback Plus is a new mystery shopping company for me. I have completed two (2) shops with them and was paid extremely quickly on both which makes me happy! I didn’t get any questions from the editors – I didn’t even get any feedback at all which is rare with mystery shopping. I don’t mind and found the shops I did with them to be straightforward with a fair report for the compensation I received.
As always, it’s FREE to sign up with any mystery shopping company that I post about here. You’ll need to sign up and agree to their terms of confidentiality before seeing who they do shops for and where. For me, they have a range of restaurant and retail shops that I don’t mind doing and seem to have very fair compensation for the tasks you are asked to perform. To sign up, click here.

I started Nicole's Nickels in February 2009 to bring all of the great deals I was finding to my friends and family and then it took off! Since then I've continued my full-time day job as an attorney while blogging in the evenings and on weekends. Nicole's Nickels has evolved into a site that lets you know about great new products and services! I help my clients during the days at the non-profit I work for and then my Nicole's Nickels readers learn about the best new products for their families! I live in south/central Florida and have 2 cute dogs (see their picture under "mascots") and an amazing husband who has a spunky 6 year old we get to spend a lot of time with. I hope you'll take the time to

I'm thinking about signing up for one of the shops on Feedback Plus, and I know that you said that they pay very quickly. Can you tell me how many days/weeks it took for them to pay you so I can have an estimation of how long it will take for me? Thanks!
Hi Trisha: It says on their website that they pay the 8th and 22nd of every month!
Nicole, I am very interested in becoming a Mystery Shopper and sincerely appreciate the information you've provided at this site. I am, however, very concerned about giving-out my SSN. If the company (e.g., Service With Style")is noted on your site "Nicole's Nickels" are you saying that it's probably ok to give your SSN. Also, do you feel that particular company is a good place to start, if selected? Were you a little nervous in the beginning? Do you ever discuss these issues with people by phone? Thank you. Terri
Hi Terri: I thoroughly research the mystery shopping companies I sign up with. A social security number is needed for employment reasons. You are acting as an independent contractor for the company and they need to issue you a 1099 at the end of the year if you meet the government's reporting threshhold (currently $600 per year). I can't make any guarantees or promises about any companies but I can tell you that I am personally a shopper with all of the mystery shopping sites I post about here and have not had any issues with them. Because I don't know where you live and companies have clients in different areas of the country, it's probably best to start with 5-10 companies. Sign up for them and then see if they have shops near you. Yes, I was a little nervous in the beginning but had a co-worker who was mystery shopping and I trusted her so I jumped right in! Hope that all helps.
This may be a little late to comment on but the first company I signed up with was dsgai.com and they were a GREAT place to start because it is fast food and not as detailed as other. Anytime I am hungry I can just call them up and usually get a shop that day.
Thanks for the feedback. Personally I go for the fine dining and high paying shops that require a detailed report but that’s just me! Glad you’ve had a good experience.
Hi Nicole,
Thanks for your review on this company. Your review was back in 2009, and it’s now 2012, so I’m glad to see this is still a great company to work for. It really helps when you find honest reviews on mystery shopping companies. Many people complain of the negative and never the good of the company. I have read a few mix reviews on Feedback Plus, but it sounds like it was due to the person’s own fault.
Do you recommend this job for a stay at home job, part time job, or loose change job?
Have you still been working for them for the last couple of years?
Cheers!
Best Mom Ever
I shop for the occasionally, they are a great company!
