Service Intelligence – Experience Exchange is the next in the series of mystery companies I have worked with and want to tell my readers about. I have been working with this company since the first days of my mystery shopping experience over a year ago now. They are very professional and pleasant to work with and pay timely. If you’re local to Florida you’ll find they shop a store very familiar to all of us! I can’t speak to the offerings in other areas but am confident you Florida residents will be happy with this one!
They send periodic emails with available shops but you’ll need to log on frequently to get the best ones before they’re taken. You enter your shops online in an easy-to-use format. They often have high-paying shops if you’re available at the last minute.
As always, it’s FREE to sign up for any mystery shopping company I post about. Click here to sign up for Service Intelligence – Experience Exchange.

I started Nicole's Nickels in February 2009 to bring all of the great deals I was finding to my friends and family and then it took off! Since then I've continued my full-time day job as an attorney while blogging in the evenings and on weekends. Nicole's Nickels has evolved into a site that lets you know about great new products and services! I help my clients during the days at the non-profit I work for and then my Nicole's Nickels readers learn about the best new products for their families! I live in south/central Florida and have 2 cute dogs (see their picture under "mascots") and an amazing husband who has a spunky 6 year old we get to spend a lot of time with. I hope you'll take the time to

I use this company as well any they are a good company!
I'm having trouble with the one from last week. Corporate Research International. I agree with a poster from last week, they seem super picky to me. And don't pay enough for the time investment on most things. Then today I was supposed to do a shop, but they didn't have the report ready. The email said to do it anyway, but how am I supposed to shop without knowing what I'm looking for? I can't do it with just the summary. So between messing up one shop because of them being picky, then not doing this one, my rating will probably suck. I'll keep trying though if better stuff comes up.
Just a note about mystery shopping in general . . . I've been really into it for about a month now. Although it takes forever for them to get the money out, I've made about $500. I'm planning to devote an average of about 4 hours a day to it and I really think I can make a decent income at it. At least similar or better than any other part time job, except I will still get to make my own rules and work my own schedule.
I'm sorry you haven't had a good experience with last week's company. I haven't had an issue with any of the shops I have done for them and always got the top rating. I think with many companies it all comes down to the individual editor you get for a shop. I'm glad you have been enjoying mystery shopping. Some companies pay much quicker than others, some within a week even!
i have a question, do you have to pay for what you shop first and then get reimburse?
Maria: It depends. For many shops, yes, you buy and then get reimbursed. Some shops are fee only, you just need to read the instructions. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have other questions.
Nicole,
Thank you so much for including Service Intelligence on your list of companies to work for. We love to hear feedback, and I'm glad to see that you are still shopping.
I am actually a PDS, and complete all of the recruitment for our shopper site.
I started noticing in the last few days shoppers noting they found our information through your site.
Thank you so much!

I ran into this on a whim, one of those…"I wonder if…" I am getting ready to relocate and wanted to do something I could carry over. I was able to find possible opportunities in my local area MI, and where I am moving AZ. I have been working on certifying for the AZ companies so when I move I can start shopping!!
I just finished my first job for the company, the job was for $100 and I didn't have to spend a dime. It was fantastic! I thought the process with certifying for a company is a great idea, it helps you understand the expectations for the job. Good resources. I'm excited to have more opportunities with them. So far, I've received immediate returns on emails, and am impressed with their level of service to me.

I had worked for Service Intelligence for over three years. I had worked many of their accounts as a mystery shopper. I no longer work for them and here’s why: I had completed one of their “bank” customers and submitted my review to Service Intelligence. That same day I received an email stating that there customer decided to have a “different” mystery shopper re-do this assignment. In addition, because of this, they stated that I would not be getting paid for my services (?). I immediately called them by phone and the lady who I spoke with was clear in stating that “they did not like the feedback I left so they decided to use another shopper for this project”. After much frustration and persistence on my part to get paid for my services, they finally did so, but not after “terminating” me for “not having enough time to do shops” (I had mentioned to the rude rep that I was a single parent and a full-time student). She fired me as retaliation for complaining about not being paid. Once I gather the names of the “people” I spoke with, I will be more than happy to post them here. Watch out, if their customer does not like your feedback you will not be paid!!!
Thanks Nicole,
Your information is very useful. I am a teacher, (former) in Houston, Texas that was recently laid off this past June. I have been looking for altrnative ways to generate income for my family and I. I have known about mystery shopping since I was in college. Now my main concern is determining which companies are legitimate prior to providing such detailed information about my self over the internet. After doing some research I found your site, the information you provided has put my mind more at ease and provided me more resourses to research companies with. I’m just now getting started signing up as of today, so if you can provide me with any further direct information it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank and God Bless you for what you are doing.
Sincerely,
Hosea Jackson,
Houston, Texas
