A Few Rebates…

by Nicole on October 13, 2009

There are several good rebates out there now that I wanted to make sure to share with you. I love rebates. It just takes a few minutes of work and a postage stamp! Remember to always make a copy of what you send and the date you send it. Usually rebates are 4-6 weeks but check the form and then calculate the longest time they say from the date you sent it. I then write that date on the outside of the paperwork and put it in my bill pile according to date. I’ll follow up then if I haven’t received the rebate.

Right now there are 3 rebates I think would be of interest.

Real Meal Deal Rebate – Buy 5 participating items and get $5 in savings back. Participating items include Mrs. Pauls, Van de Kamps, Hungry Man, Aunt Jemima, Duncan Hines, and Lenders. Products must be purchased between 10/11 and 11/9 and rebate form must be postmarked by 12/9. Thanks, Centsible Savings.

$10 Kellogg’s Bonus Bucks – This offer is good for almost a year, until 9/30/10. You need to buy 3 of the specially marked boxes of Kellogg’s cereal (Frosted Wheats, Froot Loops, Mini-Wheats and Raisin Bran). They have a big $10 on the front right corner of the box. Collect the codes in each box and enter them online. You’ll get a $10 bonus bucks certificate in the mail to be used at stores like Target and Walmart. Here are the details on the offer. Thanks, Hey It’s Free.

Johnson’s Bath Frog - Buy any Johnson’s bath product and submit the receipt to receive a FREE frog bath toy set valued at $10.00. You have until 12/1/09 to do this. I’m going to try to submit the rebate after purchasing a Johnson Buddies Soap that I got for FREE at Target after using the $1.00 coupon from the 9/13 RP. There are also Johnson printable coupons to check out. Here are the details on the offer. Thanks, The Thrifty Mama.

Great tips! Do you know if the Kellogg's promo is one per household?

Good question! It doesn't say anything here so unless when you enter the codes or receive the reward it says only one per household, I would think you can do it more than once!

Nicole, Thank you so much for the great tips! I especially appreciate the Kellogg's and E.L.F. deals info. Have a great day!
