Feed it Forward – FREE $10 Certificates

by Nicole on December 1, 2009

Feed it Forward is back this year! This is a great event that lasts 30 days where you get to send 30 of your friends each a FREE $10 certificate every day!

It’s so easy to participate.  You just go to the Feed it Forward website from  Register and then enter in your friends’ email addresses to send them each a FREE $10 certificate from for use at the participating restaurant of their choice.  It says you can send up to 30 per day so this could really add up.

This is from the email I received and I can’t say it better.  “Please pause for just a moment to think about the joy you feel when you give a gift. Think about the expression on the face of a friend when you deliver a holiday surprise. Please reflect upon the warmth that fills your heart, as a loved one tears the wrapping paper off a present.  These feelings are ones that cannot be wrapped up in a box like other gifts, but they are gifts nonetheless. The feelings created by the gift of giving lift spirits, spread joy, and strengthen community.  So please join us. Give to friends. Give to neighbors. Give to families in the military. Give to teachers. Give to co-workers. Give to working moms. Give to those that would not otherwise make your holiday list, but most of all, give, and in doing so, enjoy with great pleasure, the very special gift of giving.”

They have stocked the site with $30 million in certificates so get clicking!

There’s a catch, Nicole. The recipient has to register with In addition, they limit the restaurant selection to about 25 choices within 30 miles of the zip code. (Fewer if you only want to travel 15-20 miles). So it’s not as if you can “use it in your favorite restaurant.”

Hey if it is free, my friends & family won’t mind registering. And that site has a lot of restaurant deals to offer so it is a good marketing tool they are using to get people to their site. Thanks, Nicole!
