Review of Product: I received a $50 giftcard from Bonefish Grill to use at their restaurant and hopefully try one of their rum creations.  I took my parents out to eat with me and the restaurant was really busy on a Saturday evening! We did have a reservation and while we waited a few minutes for our table (we had arrived early) we were treated to some bang bang shrimp being passed by the hostess.  This was a nice touch and the shrimp was tender and deliciously spicy! I tried theblackberry rum runner and was happy with the balance between fruity and sweet that it provided.  We ordered the calamari and I loved the fried hot peppers accompanying the dish.  We tried Ceasar salads and the house salad with our entrees and were impressed by the freshness and high quality ingredients in both of them.  I had the grilled shrimp and scallops with lemon butter and really enjoyed the generous portion and the lightness of the dish.  My mother had the grouper pain asian style and was served a beautiful piece of fish lightly sauced with the sweet and spicy asian sauce.  My father had the crabcake dinner and remarked that the crabcakes contained virtually no filler.  I was happy to see that they had the coconut pie on the menu and we tried it.  It was creamy and delicious and the rum sauce gave it a special finish.  I am excited to have featured the recipe in this post and cannot wait to try making it for myself! All in all, we were very happy with our meal and thought it was a truly excellent value!
