BJ’s Holiday Collection Review & Giveaway

by Nicole on November 24, 2010

Description of Product: “BJ’s Wholesale Club is a one-stop shopping destination for many name brand, high quality, food and merchandise and prices that are significantly lower than supermarkets, supercenters, department stores, drug stores and specialty retail stores.  In fact, BJ’s can save consumers more than 30% off supermarket prices.  BJ’s is the only wholesale club to accept all manufacturer’s coupons and for greater convenience, offers the most payment options including EBT.”

Review of Product: I was lucky enough to attend a blogger event at BJ’s last week and was amazed to see everything they have for sale for the holidays! From your holiday meal to your kid’s toys to adult gift ideas, BJ’s has you covered! The picture above is Shauna from BJ’s giving us a tour of the store.  You’ll find really cute gift tags like the ones she is holding – they are handmade with all kinds of embellishments and run just $7.99 for 60! BJ’s also has a huge selection of pre-lit trees and other holiday home decor items.

I was surprised to see the large assortment of toys and games that BJ’s has.  I wouldn’t normally have thought to go to BJ’s but it sure beats standing in line at other retailers! BJ’s often packs in extras to their items, such as adding 2 Zhu Zhu pets to the Zhu Zhu pet house – you won’t find that at another store!

The last part of the event was the feast you see pictured above! All food served was available for purchase at BJ’s and we got to taste some delicious products! My favorite were the Wellesley Farms mango fire cheese and blueberry cobbler cheese – both were delicious! During the tour we were showed where the BJs store coupons are kept (the front of the store) and there is a $1 off coupon for any Wellesley Farsm Artisan Cheese.  BJ’s store coupons are very high value and can be stacked with manufacturer’s coupons.  When an item is a multi-pack, say 3 tubes of toothpaste, you can even use 3 manufacturer’s coupons on the item!

BJ’s has a huge assortment of holiday food items, everything from appetizers (mini quiches) to side dishes (creamed asiago spinach) to dessert (red velvet cake).  All items tasted really good! Make sure to stop by BJ’s for some one-stop holiday shopping – pick up things for your meal and get-together as well as presents for everyone on your list!
