I want to thank you so much for having the coupon policy on your site. Where I live the dollar general employes are not friendly with people that use coupons. They act as if I am trying to get away with something. Im not!!! I just want to save money. Again a BIG THANK YOU!!!!

The Glade Holiday scents are also ringing up 3/$5, but when I gave her my coupon for $3/3 she adjusted it to $1.67. I do not go to DG very often, but is that what she should have done??? I would have fought, but there was a HUGE line of old people buying cheap veggies.

If y’all try to buy more than 3 of the libbys veggies, do different transactions so the coupons don’t beep. Just had a frustrating 20 minute checkout experience!! Sorry to everyone behind me!
Yep. I bought 9 and gave her 3 $3/3 coupons. Instead of letting the coupon do it’s job and give me $3.00 off (for a total of $9.00 off), she manually entered $1.67 three times.
I bought the 9 of the Libby’s veggies too and she did something funky with that also. She manually took off $0.33 nine times.
Philadelphia cream cheese 8oz is on sale at my local Bi-Lo store for $.99 each.
@Stacia: The Libby coupon won’t allow you to use more than one coupon per transaction. Same with the Glade coupon so you gotta do them all separate.
I have discovered with the LIbby’s coupon that, if you give the cashier 3 cans and then a coupon and then 3 more cans and another coupon, etc, you won’t have a problem. Nothing like trial and error!
At my DG, the glade candles are marked 2/5.00. Did I miss something??I went with all my coupons ready, but held off since I wanted 3/5.00, right?
Did you have a copy of the ad with you? It’s says 3/$5 in the national ad.
