Grateful Giveaways: Dole Frozen Fruit Giveaway (Giveaway #2 out of 12 Today!)

by Nicole on November 15, 2010

I have bought Dole frozen fruit several times and love how I can get fresh fruit during any season! Pineapple is my favorite but it can be very expensive and canned pineapple just isn’t the same.  With Dole frozen pineapple I just thaw a few pieces at a time from the reusable bag and voila – fresh pineapple!

There are so many varieties of Dole frozen fruit like sweet dark cherries, raspberries, and mango just to name a few.  You could make an exotic fruit salad or even bake with the fruit – and it never goes bad! It’s harvested as its ripest and frozen for your convenience.  With the cost of the fruit plus washing and cutting it up, you’ll save money and time! The fruit has no added sugar and you can feel good about serving this to your family.

One (1) lucky winner will get a fabulous prize package from Dole valued at $100! It will include $100 in Dole product coupons for Dole Frozen Fruit products (20 coupons with a value of up to $4.99 each)! The coupons expire on 12/31/10 so if you don’t have room in your freezer for that much fruit, pay it forward and donate some of it!

Entry is simple! You just need to answer the question below by leaving a comment on this site! You can even gain up to 3 bonus entries for doing each additional item listed (just make sure that you leave one entry for each one — up to a total of 4 comments). As a reminder, comments left on Facebook, Twitter or other posts will not be included.

REQUIRED ENTRY:

1. Head on over to the Dole website and let me know which product you’d most like to try! Would you use it for a smoothie, a snack or to make a fabulous dessert?

BONUS ENTRIES:

1. Follow Nicole’s Nickels on a reader or via e-mail updates.

2. Follow Nicole’s Nickels on Facebook or Twitter.

3. Follow Dole on Facebook.

This giveaway will remain open until 11:59 p.m. EST, Friday, November 19th. Any comments left after this cut-off will not be counted. The winner will be selected randomly and will be notified via email within 48 hours after the close of the contest.

This giveaway is part of the Grateful Giveaways Event being hosted by myself and 11 other bloggers. You can increase your chances of winning this prize (as well as all of the others on this site), by visiting each of them and entering the same way as you did here. You have plenty of time to get to all of them, since the contest will be open for five full days.

As one final reminder, you will want to check out the terms of the giveaway by visiting the Grateful Giveaways: Celebrating a Season of Giving Facebook page. Just click on the TERMS tab at the top of the page. (Note that by entering this contest, you agree that you have read the terms and are eligible to enter this contest).

I received the same prize package as the winner to facilitate my review.  My opinions of these products are 100% my own.
