Amanda is moving this week so no weekly meal deal per se, she posted these skins as a snack but I think they could easily be made into a meal – maybe some sloppy joe filling or chili on top and baked? Amanda gives you a shopping list as well as step-by-step instructions complete with pictures to help you create this delicious meal.
