They can upload a photo per week, for 8 weeks (through 7/11) for a chance to win each week, and will also get a chance to be featured on the Country Crock Facebook wall as the “family of the week.” (official rules can be found on the “Love Your Veggies tab). ”

Review of Product: I received a fabulous Country Crock “Spread the Love of Vegetable” kit that included various interactive items like a “Today I Ate a Rainbow” kids’ calendar, vegetable chopper, kids’ aprons, gardening how-to kit, vegetable cookbook, and of course, Country Crock samples! I also received a $30 American Express Gift Card to use for purchasing all of the vegetables needed to make better-for-you veggie recipe creations.  What an awesome kit! I love the food chopper – it makes it so easy to get your veggies prepped for cooking and even kids can help out with this task now! The grocery tote went right into the car so I can use it when I shop now – so much better for the environment than those plastic bags at the store.  The child’s apron had a veggie face – too cute and my little helper put it on immediately after we opened the package.  The vegetable cookbook was awesome and I’ve used it several times since we received it.  It has so many creative ideas for veggies – and the pictures and how-to instructions make cooking a breeze even for a novice.  The Veggie Tales coloring book was a hit as well and the kid’s calendar to keep track of fruit and vegetable servings in a day lends a positive reinforcement perspective to healthy eating.  The biggest hit of all though was the gardening how-to kit called Veggie Garden.  The variety we received was Larry’s Salsa which included tomato and banana pepper.  What a fabulous way to show kids how veggies grow and even help them start to grow their own garden! Of course the package also included a Country Crock sample.  We’ve been using it on our veggies since we received it and are hooked!
