Review of Product: I am in LOVE with this product.  I know it’s hard to be in love with an object like a scanner but this NeatDesk is SO much more than just a scanner.  I was recently at the doctor’s office and noticed them scanning in my insurance card in a contraption very similar to the NeatDesk and then I got the opportunity to review this NeatDesk for you all.  I know it is pricey.  But I think it’s well worth it.  You all know I am an advocate of saving money where it’s logical and easy to and for spending money where you need to and this is a NEED to, lol!

You can put just about anything in the NeatDesk and it scans – business cards, credit cards, super long receipts, documents, etc.  There is an opening for each size document and once you set up the software to your liking it’s one touch scanning.  You can scan right into a pdf with one touch.  It’s honestly that easy.  It didn’t take long to set it up at all and I was on my way.  I put in 20 business cards and within a minute they were all scanned in.  I tried to scan in a super long receipt and it went through the opening and scanned right into a pdf with no issues.  I would have had to cut the receipt and scan into multiple documents with my current scanner.

The NeatDesk is super fast.  Like lightning fast.  Literally within seconds the document is scanned and up on your screen in the format you select.  Plus you can put in a stack of documents and they all scan through.  This NeatDesk has revolutionized my office organization.  I love not having to keep business cards, I just scan them in and I’m done.  It has made my office a lot less paperless and much more efficient.    I haven’t had any issues with the NeatDesk at all and am excited for many more years of seamless organization with my new friend!

I received a sample of this product to review at no charge but my opinions remain my own.

Great Review. I am glad to hear that someone has reviewed it. I have been looking at this product for a while now and wondered how well it would work.

I am still leery of the cost so I will wait for a sale.
