Review of Product: I will admit that these sprouted grains trios scared me a little. The little sprouted part was like nothing we had eaten before but we have open minds and are sold now! These are hearty whole grains that I feel good about feeding my family. We tried the quinoa plain and it was yummy – it has a rich nutty flavor. I doctored up the lentil trio with some mushrooms and artichokes and boy was that yummy! These grains can be easily adapted to all kinds of cuisines, we had the lentil trio with some Indian spiced chicken! I feel so much better feeding these to my family than plain white rice or potatoes!
