Review of Product: I received a 3 month membership to the Premier Club – so much fun! I love multi-month gifts like this, they keep on giving and reminding you of the generosity of the gift-giver every month the gift comes! These wines come really well-packaged – just make sure someone over 21 is home to sign for them or pick them up from FedEx. The wines comes with the Uncorked newsletter which gives more information about the club and the wines you’re getting for that month.

This month I received 2 new wines to try – Tulip Hill’s Chardonnay and Tulip Hill’s Cabelpulciano.  I have long been a Chardonnay lover – I love a nice oaky wine and this one did not disappoint.  I love reading the tasting note info in the Uncorked newsletter after I’ve tasted the wine and then go back and taste it again to see if I can pick up the same notes they did.  The Chardonnay notes say lemon and pineapple and going back to the wine I was able to taste both.  The Cabepulciano was new to me and I admit I read the info first before I tried the wine.  This is a mixture of the Cabernet with the Montepulciano.  The taste was rick and velvety and had notes of ripe berries and dark chocolate.  This kind of wine is called “Cal-Ital” which I thought was a really fun name for a great tasting wine!

This wine club makes such a great gift – whether for a wine aficionado or just someone who appreciates wine! The wine comes wrapped and is perfect especially for the hard to shop for person on your list!
