Name of Product: Personalized Boboli Pizza

Where can the product be purchased: at grocers nationwide

Description of Product:“With the family home for the holidays, what better time to work together in the kitchen to make some new creations? Would you rather have your pizza made by a Brooklyn born chef or a chef that has worked in a 5-star restaurant? Lucky for you, Chef Mark is both of those things and wanted to custom create a Boboli Pizza for me! Pizza is the perfect go-to for a family night in over the holidays, quick appetizers for dinners with friends or a great starting slate for those leftovers from last night’s dinner – anytime of year! And to make your life just a little bit easier, because I told Boboli my favorite ingredients, the man behind the Boboli Pizza recipes, Chef Mark, personalized my pizza.”

Review of Product: We were excited to see what Chef Mark had created for us! We received a Boboli Original Pizza Crust as well as the recipe from Chef Mark.  We had told him we love bacon and beef on our pizzas and he sent us a recipe for a Sharpshootin’ Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza which we LOVED! It was so much fun to make and I love that Noah took an interest in helping me in the kitchen.  We assembled the pizza together and it was delicious – I never would have put these ingredients together so thank you to Chef Mark for this! Here is the special recipe we got – give it a try!

Sharpshootin’ Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza

1 12″ Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
1 5-oz. pkg. Boboli® Pizza Sauce
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. grill seasoning
4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 c. Cheddar and mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 Roma tomato, diced

Preheat oven to 450° F.
Bake time: 10 – 12 minutes

Brown ground beef in skillet. Add grill seasoning and cook until well done, about 5 minutes. Drain. Spread pizza crust with sauce, leaving a 1″ border around the outside. Top with beef, bacon, onion and cheeses. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Top with diced tomato.

I received a sample of these products to review at no charge but my opinions remain my own.
