Review of Product: We are big cheese eaters in my house. I try to buy reduced fat cheese to help us out nutritionally. These ultra thin slices are the perfect solution to the problem! You get the rich flavor and creaminess of full fat cheese but because the slice is ultra thin you can save on calories – but not on flavor! We tried the mild cheddar, provolone and swiss varieties and I really liked all of them. We are long time Sargento loyalists and their cheese just tastes better to me. I’m definitely adding these ultra thin varieties to my shopping list!
