Price of Product:  affordable!

Description of Product:

Auro-Dri® is a leading ear drying aid that is recommended for safe, fast and effective relief of water-clogged ears and helps to prevent swimmers’ ear. Auro-Dri® relieves clogged ear discomfort by helping dry up excess water in the ears and is safe to use on children ages two years and up. For children less than two years of age, consult a physician before using.  Auro-Dri® is the official product of the American Swimming Coaches Association and is recommended by Aaron Peirsol, five time Gold Medalist and world record holder in backstroke.

Auro-Dri® uses a combination of isopropyl alcohol and anhydrous glycerin to dry up excess water in the ear and relieve pain. The isopropyl alcohol kills bacteria to help prevent infection and soothe pain, while the anhydrous glycering acts as a drying agent. To help in the prevention and relief of clogged ear discomfort, apply four to five drops of Auro-Dri® in each water-clogged ear after swimming or showering to rid the ear canal of water.

For best results, always follow directions per label.

Bonine® is a less-drowsy, once-a-day tablet for adults that helps prevent and treat nausea, vomiting or dizziness associated with motion sickness. Bonine® lasts up to 24 hours, which is four times longer and is less-drowsy than other leading brands. It can be taken without liquids anytime, anywhere and is available in great-tasting raspberry flavored chewable tablets. Bonine® is sold in packs of eight or 16.

Bonine’s® main ingredient, Meclizine HCI 25 mg, is an antiemetic that treats the nausea and vomiting associated with motion sickness, while causing less drowsiness than other leading brands.  Motion sickness is caused when the inner ear senses motion causing your body to naturally react and compensate for the movement, which can cause nausea or dizziness. Approximately 80 percent of people have suffered from motion sickness, and it typically cannot occur to children under the age of two. Bonine® provides additional tips on their website for preventing motion sickness while traveling.  For best results, always follow directions per label.

Pronto Plus® household spray effectively kills bedbugs, bedbug eggs, dust mites, lice, ticks and fleas that might have gotten on couches, beds or other non-washable items in your home. Pronto Plus® is the only household spray to effectively kill all of these pests, all with no-chemical scent. Pronto Plus® household spray can be found in both the first aid and household aisles of your favorite stores, and is available in a 10-ounce container or a 3-ounce travel size.

Pronto Plus® uses the active ingredients 3-phenoxybenzyl-(1RS, 23RS,21RS,23SR)-2, 2-dimethyl-3-(2-methylprop-1-enyl) cyclopropanecarboxylate, also known as Phenothrin, and N-Octyl2bicycloheptene dicarboximide. Phenothrin is a natural occurring pesticide that can be harvested from the chrysanthemum plant. The chemical works by entering the nervous system of the bedbug and paralyzing it a few minutes after the application.

Enzymes within the insect have the ability to detoxify the Phenothrin over time, which is why most bedbug treatments fall short and are ineffective. Pronto Plus’® second active ingredient, N-Octyl 2 bicycloheptene dicarboximide, comes into play to prevent the detoxification of the spray. This chemical synthesizes with the Phenothrin, and increases its potency, giving Pronto Plus® the ability to effectively kill bedbugs.  For best results, always follow directions per label.

Review of Product:  I love that these products are all so practical and useful especially during these summer travel months! The thought of bed bugs grosses me out and I’ll be traveling to New York City this summer where many of the hotels (even the really nice ones!) have reports of bed bugs.  I don’t want to even check online to see if there are any reports at the hotel I’m staying at.  I stayed there 2 years ago and I know there were positive reports of bedbugs – ewww! I’ll feel better knowing I have this great product to use to protect myself and my belongings! The swimmers ear product is a great one – we haven’t swam much yet this summer but as the weather heats up and we spend more time in the pool I have no doubt we’ll need this! The motion sickness product will come in handy when we spend some time next month on a friend’s boat! These are super useful products to have on hand!
