Mountain Dew has been on the shelves for 65 years and it’s still going strong, constantly reinventing itself, and always inviting fans of the brand to help them reach in directions!
In 1988, Mountain Dew introduced their first flavored drink – Mountain Dew Red. While that flavor didn’t even last a year, the production of specialty, limited time, regional, and retailer-specific flavors of Mountain Dew has continued. The company regularly rolls out flavors for consumers to try out and vote on which will become a permanent flavor! Some of the current flavors they offer include Code Red (cherry-flavored), Live Wire (orange-flavored), and White Out (clear and smooth-citrus flavored). Since 2004, Baja Blast, a sea-green tropical lime flavored variety, has been offered only at Taco Bell restaurants.
I’ve always been a regular Mountain Dew gal myself. Back in college, I spent many nights downing the Dew to help me pull all-nighters!

Wow! 65 yrs is along time. I didn’t realize they were around that long.Way before my time.
I love mnt dew too always have, and now that I am diabetic I’m so glad they offer diet mnt dew for us to enjoy thanks great post
