Valastro’s personal creations at BJ’s Fresh Bakery are called “Da Bomb,” a cake made with chocolate layers and caramel icing. He’s also created the “Badda Bloom,” a chocolate and vanilla layer cake with buttercream frosting and “It’s My Party” which are all currently $15.99 with a $4 BJ’s coupon through October 3 (regularly $19.99).
Valastro is a fourth generation baker born into a bakery business owned and operated by his parents. He was born in Hoboken and raised in an old fashioned Italian family. Review of Product: I am a loyal BJ’s club member and love that they regularly introduce fabulous new products like this impressive line of cakes from the Cake Boss himself! I am going to choose the Badda Bloom cake to try – it’s a chocolate and vanilla layer cake with buttercream frosting and how yummy does that sound! The cakes are so great looking, you almost won’t want to eat them! It’s special being able to buy a cake from such a famous pastry chef!
