To millions, the United States is recognized as the land of plenty. Despite the nation’s wealth and opportunity, over 50 million Americans are still living without one of the most basic necessities… food. This October, you can help change this shocking reality thanks to Feeding America, the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief charity, along with Maggiano’s Littly Italy restaurants in a month long effort to fight hunger by donating 1 million meals to those in need nationwide.
Since 2009, Maggiano’s has been known for their famous Classic Pasta deal, where guests who order a Classic Pasta in-restaurant have received a second Classic Pasta on the house to take home, compliments of the chef. Throughout October, a Classic Pasta dish will not only score you an extra meal to take home, it will also equate to one meal donation to Feeding America. On Monday, October 22, 2012, the offer will be honored with ANY entrée purchased.
