Description of Product: “The Lifeway story began in 1986, when Russian immigrant Michael Smolyansky began making Kefir in his Chicago-area basement. The cultured dairy drink had been popular in Eastern Europe for centuries, but Smolyansky was determined to share his delicious health secret with his newfound home. Review of Product: I had seen the Lifeway Kefir at Publix but hadn’t ever purchased it until I met the Lifeway people at BlogHer. It turns out I was hesitant for nothing! I tried a few of the varieties and really liked them all. My Publix has a very limited selection so I had to go to another store to try some of the other items. The ProBugs were our favorite and since Noah isn’t a good breakfast eater I’m always looking for products he likes an can eat for breakfast!
