Nicole’s Recipes: Mushroom Meatloaf

by Nicole on October 31, 2012

I got a recipe for mushroom meatloaf years ago in the newspaper and have modified it over time.  I always get compliments on this meatloaf but you do need to like mushrooms to enjoy it.  I’m trying to work on my food photography, I know this picture does not do my meatloaf justice at all! Even if you don’t usually like meatloaf but do like mushrooms, give it a try!

Made this last night! Was super easy and my husband loved it. Mashed potatoes and green beans made it the perfect comfort food! Thank you!
