I have tried the Udi’s products before and while I don’t have Celiac disease or any food allergy for that matter I thought it would be interesting to try their 14 day gluten free challenge! They sent me some products and VIP coupons along with recipes and other information. I went to the store and bought some muffins and bagels and gave it a shot for the 14 days!
About Udi’s Gluten Free Foods:
Udi’s is determined to show you a new way to approach gluten free living. Don’t waste another bite on bland, crumbly, and tasteless food. We create delicious products that will fill your stomach and warm your soul. We revolutionized the gluten free category by introducing the first gluten-free bread that tastes and looks like ‘real’ bread. Thanks to our loyal customers, Udi’s is the #1 gluten-free baked goods brand!
Many of the foods I eat everyday are naturally gluten free and so it was easy to substitute the Udi’s products for my normal bagels and muffins and bread! I was curious about the recipes on the Udi’s site and tried a few out like the chicken taco soup (yummy!) and the sloppy joes (Noah’s favorite!). I am happy to report that I did notice a difference in my health. It was the end of my monthly cycle and I didn’t get the familiar bloating at all. I felt great and it was easy to make a few substitutions and be gluten free.
I would definitely recommend giving it a try – it can’t hurt and you don’t know if it will make you have more energy and feel less bloated until you try it! I don’t think I’ll be staying gluten free but I will be more cognizant of what I am eating and if there is an easy gluten free substitute I just might make it!
I received free product and VIP coupons in order to facilitate this post. All opinions are my own.

I started Nicole's Nickels in February 2009 to bring all of the great deals I was finding to my friends and family and then it took off! Since then I've continued my full-time day job as an attorney while blogging in the evenings and on weekends. Nicole's Nickels has evolved into a site that lets you know about great new products and services! I help my clients during the days at the non-profit I work for and then my Nicole's Nickels readers learn about the best new products for their families! I live in south/central Florida and have 2 cute dogs (see their picture under "mascots") and an amazing husband who has a spunky 6 year old we get to spend a lot of time with. I hope you'll take the time to

I did this challenge as well and have yet to post about it, but I had a great experience! I never thought about trying gluten free food, but it tasted great and my kids loved it too.
I’m thinking about jumping into something like this. I’m not very good with being consistent, but it wouldn’t hurt to try, right?
