11/06 Pinterest Pin of the Week – “Easiest Dinner Ever”

by Pennie on November 6, 2012

I think the NAME of this post is the reason it called my name.  I’m always looking for easy and yummy and this week’s Pin from The Larson Lingo definitely will fill the bill!  Here are all the ingredients:

There is absolutely no prep–you don’t even have to thaw the chicken–just dump it all in the crockpot and let it go!

Mel @ the Larson Lingo says she serves this over rice because it’s a little soupy, so I say why not have it as soup!  I think it would be great with some warm bread on a chilly night.

She says it feeds 6-8 and thickens up on the second day, so you could definitely eat on tortillas.  Readers said it needed a little kick so she suggested adding a taco seasoning pack or Hot Rotel or Hot Salsa.   I’m going to be trying this soon!
