This is such a fun top 10 list by Own! I have been using the Own products for some time now and am really enjoying them.
There are some things on this top 10 list I would be scared to do like put oil all over my already oily face! I don’t think that would be good for someone with skin like me!
I have been trying to meditate for a few minutes each day though and find that really thinking about things and trying to get in a good mindset each day helps! I don’t have 30 minutes to meditate but I try to spend at least 5 minutes in peace and quiet to center myself! It’s a really good destresser and I find that it makes for a nice and quiet start to my days.
