Just in case you haven’t done enough baking/eating I’m going to give you ONE MORE cookie recipe from Amanda at A Few Short Cuts! These Coconut Cookies seem like a cinch to make because you start with a boxed cake mix and add a few ingredients. These are very pretty as is, but with a little white sparkling sugar mixed in with the coconut, I think they would look very festive for a New Year’s Eve get-together!

These look so delish! My mom loves coconut so I know she’d love these cookies. I like them because they remind me how pretty the snow is when the sun hits it and it sparkles. I’m praying for snow because where I live in Ca. it doesn’t snow. It’s down in the low 30′s so I’m always dreaming of waking up to alittle snow on New Years Day . Thanks for another yummy recipe!
