Enjoying Newman’s Own Organics and Giveaway

by Nicole on January 4, 2013

Have you tried Newman’s Own Organics products yet? We tried them a few months ago and they are DELICIOUS!

Newman’s Own® Organics’ products meet all the requirements of the USDA’s National Organic Program. Ingredients have been grown on farms that have not used artificial fertilizers or pesticides for three years or more. The farms and processors have also met the USDA’s organic standards. The products are sold nationwide in a number of mainstream supermarkets, in stores featuring natural and health foods, as well as on a number of websites.

The sale of Newman’s Own Organics products generates money for the Newman’s Own Foundation to give away. Since 1982 Paul Newman and the Newman’s Own Foundation have donated more than $350 million dollars to educational and charitable organizations worldwide.

We got a huge box of Newman’s Own Organics products and dove right in! Our favorites hands down were the Newman-O’s – they were so much better than the national brand that shall remain nameless.  They were super fresh tasting and we loved all of the flavors we tried.  We also loved the chocolate cups – specifically the peanut butter and the mint varieties! I am a red licorice girl and theirs was so much fresher tasting than what you typically would buy! The Fig Newman’s were also our favorite and again when compared to what you would typically buy in the grocery store they were far better!
