Nicole’s Recipes: The Best Artichoke Dip

by Nicole on January 15, 2013

Everyone I know loves this artichoke dip recipe.  Even people who don’t like artichokes (like my mother) always ask me to make this recipe when we’re having a holiday get together or dinner! It jut takes a few minutes to put together and I usually make it beforehand and put it in the refrigerator and then just pop it in the oven 30 minutes before the guests arrive! I serve with tortilla chips but you could serve with pita triangles, veggies or even crackers!

Nicole’s Recipes: The Best Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 cans artichokes, quartered then chopped
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 can diced green chiles
  • 4 pickled jalapenos, chopped
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. In bowl combine artichokes, mayo, parmesan cheese, diced green chiles, jalapenos and cumin.
  2. Put in 8x8 Pyrex dish.
  3. Sprinkle with paprika.
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until bubbly.

This recipe sounds so good. I love that it has jalapenos in it. Maybe we will have it this weekend.

This sounds so delish! I’m going to get my daughter’s fiance to make this. This would be good to make for Mother’s Day or even Easter. Thanks for sharing :)
