My daughter is a deviled egg freak. She loves to eat them, loves to make them, and loves to serve them. So it’s not as if I haven’t already got a great deviled egg recipe available to me. What I like about this new (to me) recipe is that it takes the hardest part of the process (filling the eggs – and making them look nice) out of the equation. It’s basically all the same ingredients, they are just all chopped up and smooshed together to eat on a cracker. Sounds like my kind of recipe! And if you are one of those people–like me–who can’t really peel an egg, then this will be great for you. No one will see if you are missing great chunks out of the egg half!
I’m going to show this to my daughter and see if I can get her to try it!
