Noah is a picky breakfast eater – I mean, he doesn’t eat eggs, pancakes, waffles, french toast, cereal, etc. He does love breakfast meats like bacon and sausage and so we will often give him turkey sausage with a piece of bread and cheese with some fruit. It passes for a decent breakfast but isn’t the best! So we were excited to try these Breakfast Bakes from Bob Evans.

Noah loved these! He asked me if there was egg in them (since he doesn’t like eggs) and I told him yes but he wouldn’t taste them. He tried them and told me he didn’t believe me that there was eggs in them so score! He liked the bacon one the best but also liked the sausage. I didn’t give him the southwest version since he doesn’t like peppers and there was no meat in that one. I tried the southwest version and thought it was really flavorful.
These Breakfast Bakes are now a regular part of Noah’s breakfast. They can be cooked in the microwave or in the toaster. We do the microwave since it’s faster and Noah doesn’t mind if they aren’t super crispy.
