Since starting Nutrisystem I have been having a Greek yogurt (or 2!) per day. I love the thickness and creaminess of the yogurt! What I don’t like is that some of them really pack the calories, up to 170 per single serving! So when I realized that Danon’s Light and Fit Greek only has 80 calories per serving I was sold!

The Danon Light and Fit Greek comes in 7 flavors: vanilla, raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, black cherry, pineapple and peach. We have tried them all. My favorite is the raspberry and Jamie’s is the black cherry. These are fruit on the bottom yogurts (except the vanilla) and they are very thick and creamy. They are also super filling because of the high protein count! Regular yogurt only has 3 or so grams of protein per single cup serving while this has 12 grams – you can’t beat that! The protein helps fill you up and keeps you full longer. It makes a great snack!
