Nutrisystem, Week 17 Nicole, Week 14 Jamie

I am so excited to announce that I am a Nutrisystem Nation Blogger!

Nicole’s weight loss this week: lost 1.1 lbs.

Nicole’s Total weight loss since start of program: 22.8 lbs.

We are back on the program but the weight loss was a little slow for us both this week.  I didn’t have the chance to go to Sam’s Club and so we made do with the produce we add with a few additions from Publix.  I find that the weeks when the refrigerator is really well stocked with fresh fruit and veggies that we both do better, it’s so easy to reach for the right option when it’s right there!

I need to also work on my water consumption at work.  I bring food to work at the beginning of the week and can snack on it as the week progresses.  I usually bring some deli ham, grape tomatoes, Greek yogurt, sweet peppers, and hard boiled eggs.  These are all powerfuels or free veggies on Nutrisystem and makes it so I always reach for the right thing!

My issues happen when I am not in the office and am out seeing clients or in court or mediation.  It’s so tempting to make the wrong choice at those times! This week I was really good and weighing myself every day helps me to keep the weight loss fresh in my mind and keep me motivated all day!

Jamie’s Weight Loss: 33.0 lbs

Week number 14 on Nutrisystem was pretty good. I do definitely realize that weight loss is a long distance marathon, and definitely not a sprint. I really enjoy my Nutrisystem meals and only seem to struggle at work when I can seem to eat and snack without much thought.

I am surprised at how difficult it is for me to stay on program even with so much success. Nutrisystem definitely helps me more than other programs in the past, but I do battle constantly with my ability to sabotage my weight loss. I am trying to get back into the mindset of eating because I have to eat, not eating because I want to eat.

I was much better this past week with my water drinking. I definitely feel better when I drink more water, and the weight loss is better as well. I am going to switch up my eating at work a little bit by eating vegetables and salad along with my lunch. It is hard sometimes for me to stop and take the time to prepare and eat my meals; this is why I usually just eat the Lunch entrée alone. I am going make a point to do what I need to do to eat the food I want to eat while a work.

I had a weight loss of 1 pound for the week. Once again a small loss or a non-gain is fine for me right now. I look forward to having a great eating week, and hopefully a good loss to report.

It sounds like you both are losing weight, and this is awesome. I need to get up and exercise more, but when it is winter and cold out I can not get myself to. I try and eat healthy fruits and vegetables. Continued success on your weight loss!

Congratulations on your success with Nutrisystem! I haven’t tried their products, but may in the future. I am currently on a low carb diet and need to lose quite a bit of weight. I like keeping up with both of your weight losses. Only someone needing to lose weight truly understands how hard it is. Keep it up!

Congratulations on losing one pound. At least you lost instead gained. I wish I could afford to do Nutrisystem. It sounds like a really great program.
