Noah loves playing board games and games and I’ll admit that I prefer when those games can be played with just 1 player! It’s so much nicer than always having to be there and play with him! He has been very into Vikings and I love that he thinks it is fun and I know it is great for his always developing brain!
In the single player logic game Vikings, players ages 6 and up rotate a variety of puzzle pieces built into the board to navigate ships out of a storm. Viking ships are trapped in a gigantic hurricane at sea. Can you help to navigate their ships out of the storm? Vikings is an original and unique puzzle game where the ships move by rotating the puzzle pieces. But watch out! Often one puzzle piece blocks the movement of the other puzzle pieces. Only a brave Viking with keen insight will be smart enough to escape this brainstorm! Vikings was named to Huffington Post Parents 2013 “10 picks From Toy Fair That Parents Will Enjoy (Sharing with their Kids).” Contents include the game board, four Viking ships, nine rotating puzzle pieces, and a booklet with 48 challenges. MSRP $19.99
Vikings is made by SmartGames and I love the premise behind this company! They make a ton of single player games that help your child challenge themselves and become a more critical and logical thinker! Noah couldn’t wait to explain the game to me and I think it is super well thought out and he thinks it is fun!
