A Few Shortcuts Weekly Recipe: Gluten Free Vanilla Wafers

by Pennie on June 21, 2013

Who doesn’t love vanilla wafers?  They can be used in so many other dessert recipes and they are wonderful on their own.  This week  Amanda at A Few Shortcuts gives us a gluten free version!

Gluten Free Vanilla Wafers are made with gluten free Bisquick, so if gluten isn’t a problem in your house you can use regular Bisquick or even all purpose flour!

Each week I will highlight one of Amanda’s fabulous recipes. If you don’t have the ingredients or they’re not on sale near you, you could easily print and save the recipes for later use!
