Keep Your Packages Safe with Elephantrunk from Architectural Mailboxes

I get a lot of packages.  Like at least a package a day and one time there was 18 of them! I do most of my shopping  online and also get a lot of review items and promotional items because of this site.  Recently in my neighborhood we have had some thefts from vehicles and I fear that my packages could be taken as well.  Often I am not at home when UPS, USPS or FedEx comes and while my front door is actually on the side of my house and not visible from the street I am sure my pile of packages each day would be very tempting! So when I saw the elephantrunk I knew this was the perfect solution!

The elephantrunk™ parcel drop is the best solution for parcel deliveries. The elephantrunk™ is always home even when you’re not, providing you with peace of mind that your parcel deliveries are no longer missed or go missing. This full service receptacle can receive multiple parcels, has an outgoing partition for your outbound shipments and a vacation stopper for when you don’t want to receive parcels. Its sturdy design is made from cast aluminum and heavy gauge steel powder coated in four decorator friendly colors, black, red, white and oil rubbed bronze to match most environments. It embodies a variety of architectural styles and adds a splash of curb appeal.

We got the elephantrunk in black and it is very nice looking.  It is definitely sturdy and well built and it’s heavy! We put it together in a few minutes, it came mostly assembled and we only had to do a few things.  I put a sign on it for the first week just so the delivery drivers could see that I wanted my packages delivered there.  It’s super easy – they have a drawer where they put the letter or package and then I unlock the bottom part with a key to retrieve what is in there.

It has worked great! I saw the mailman recently and he said he wished all of his customers had receptacles like this! He has to come to the door when he has a package and he says that he would much rather leave the package in the elephantrunk than at someone’s front door! One thing is my husband sometimes forgets to check it though! Really large boxes won’t fit in the elephantrunk but I would say 75% of what I receive has fit perfectly and I no longer worry about packages being stolen!

I received a sample to facilitate my review. All opinions are my own.

Wow, I love it! Like having your own mail delivery box! I like that it’s a generous size so that most packages can fit in there. I’m sure the deliverers feel much more relieved in leaving packages in this trunk rather than having to leave it unsecure by the door or take it back because there’s liability involved. I can also see this being a great investment for any blogger that reviews products regularly. It makes the whole process much safer!

This is really cool. I always worry that I would have a package delivered and not be home. This would be great to have.

I am loving this! This is such a great idea to make sure that your packages get delivered and not stolen. Thank you for the amazing review! I have never known that anything like this even existed.
