Nutrisystem Week 27 Nicole, Week 24 Jamie

I am so excited to announce that I am a Nutrisystem Nation Blogger!

Nicole’s weight loss this week: lost 1.0 lbs.

Nicole’s Total weight loss since start of program: 29.3 lbs.

Slow and steady wins the race! We are both trucking along on the Nutrisystem program though this week I had a few lunch parties at work and those are always difficult! We had a ton of rain this week so much so that getting out during the day was difficult and I had a few days where lunch was trouble for me! But I have come to understand that one bad choice or slip up does not mean I need to have an entire bad day of eating!

Keeping up with water intake seems to be the toughest for me but not for any particular reason. I even like water it’s just hard to get in 64 oz + per day! Jamie does this by bringing a gallon jug with him and drinking it throughout the day but that’s not feasible for me in my office and traveling to the different counties where I work. I always have a 20 oz bottle with me and try to make sure I drink at least 2 during the day and another one once I am home!


Jamie’s this Week’s weight loss: lost 1.1 lbs lbs.

Jamie’s Weight Loss: 39.2lbs

I will take this week’s weight loss! The Nutrisystem program is such a simple one and in the beginning you will be shocked at how much you are supposed to be eating! It really is a lot of stuff and a wide variety which is great! It’s when you start adding items off the program that things don’t do very well!

This is our last month and we have started to talk about how different our eating will be once we are off the program as Nutrisystem has really taught us that we can eat a lot, be full, and still lose the weight. It’s all about the choices you make and we intend to continue to make good ones!

Slow & steady really is the best way to learn new ways of being and eating and living. Keep up the steady pace.

You sure are losing a lot of weight! I bet it feels terrific to have lost all of this weight. I want to lose 20 lbs this summer. You inspire me to keep up the good work!
