Nutrisystem Week 28 Nicole, Week 25 Jamie

I am so excited to announce that I am a Nutrisystem Nation Blogger!

Nicole’s weight loss this week: lost .6 lbs.

Nicole’s Total weight loss since start of program: 29.9 lbs.

This week I had some medical things going on that made it a little harder to stay 100% on the program. I have realized that I am a major water retainer when I eat food in a restaurant, I guess it’s all the salt that gets to me. Subsequent to a restaurant visit, I usually gain a pound or two and then spend the rest of the week trying to get that extra weight off!

This upcoming week will be a little tough as well but I am determined to make good choices. For me good choices include yogurt, and a lot of fruits and veggies. If I can eat 1-2 servings of yogurt and my required fruits and veggies then I find I am quite full and don’t have a lot of room for extras that are usually not so great for me!


Jamie’s this Week’s weight loss: lost .5 lbs lbs.

Jamie’s Weight Loss: 39.7lbs

I had a good week this week again – any week with a loss is a good week, right? This week the kitchen where I work was super hot so I was drinking a ton of water. I think I may have had more nibbles and tastes than I usually do at work and that contributed to losing not so much weight this week.

Like Nicole when I concentrate on eating fruits and veggies I do best. I have also discovered a new love for Greek Yogurt that I didn’t know I had. I used to think it tasted too tangy and bitter but I really love it now!

Yogurt is my go-to snack. I like the Greek kind best. Good luck on your upcoming week.
