One of my favorite childhood memories involves the ice cream man but not ice cream! Our ice cream man would come by the neighborhood every day in the spring and summer and my mom was always willing to give us each a quarter or two! We almost always bought candy with the money unless it was insanely hot and then we might have considered ice cream.  I was a child of the early 80’s and so candy from the 80’s is right up my alley for sure!

About Old Time Candy: We are actually in the “memory business.” It is our hope that you will enjoy the candy and at the same time, take a trip down memory lane. Our Candy you ate as a kid® packages make wonderful gifts. Everyone loves candy, especially candy you ate as kid. A 4 lb decade box measures 12 x 9 x 3 inches and is jammed with over 70 pieces of candy, 60 different candies with some duplicates. Decade boxes are available from the 1950s, 60s, 70s, 80s or all decades.

1980 – 4lb assortment includes: Airheads, Appleheads, Atomic Fire Balls, Blow Pops, Bottle Caps, Bubble Tape, Bubblicious Bubble Gum, Butterscotch Disks, Candy Necklace, Candy Ring, Caramello Bar, Caramel Creams (Bull’s Eyes), Charms Sweet Pops, Cinnamon Bears, Cinnamon Disks, Cow Tales, Cry Baby Extra Sour Bubble Gum, Gobstoppers, Home Run Baseball Gum, Gummi Mini Burger, Hershey Special Dark Bar, Hot Dog Bubble Gum, Hot Tamales, Jawbreakers, Laffy Taffy, Lemonheads, Lik-M-Aid Fun Dip, Lollies, Marshmallow Ice Cream Cones, Mike & Ike, Milk Duds, Nerds, Now & Laters, Peanut Butter Bars, Pixy Stix, Pop Rocks, Push Pops, Razzles, Red Hots, Reese’s Pieces, Ring Pops, Runts, Skittles, Skor, Smarties, Sour Patch Kids, Spree, Starburst, Peppermint Sticks, Sugar Daddy, Swedish Fish, Sweetarts, Tootsie Pop Drops, Tootsie Pops, Tootsie Rolls, Wax Lips, Zotz Sours.

Yum! I was in heaven when I opened this box and so many of my favorites were there! The atomic fireballs were less spicy than I remember them but tasted great.  The lemonheads were another personal favorite and Jamie and I reminisced over the candy cigarettes.  This was a blast from the past and my sweet tooth is loving it!
