Cinnamon Raisin Baked Oatmeal Squares takes the yummy healthiness of oatmeal and makes it portable! This does have flour in it, but you can substitute gluten free flour mix, if that better suits your needs. These also have 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in them, and I was pondering if applesauce could be substituted. I’ll have to give it a try. Either way they are sure to be scrumptious!
