Boston Creme Pie is one of those desserts that I don’t have very often but when I do, I really enjoy it and wonder why I don’t get it more often. This week, Amanda at A Few Shortcuts, is giving us a quick and easy variation.
Boston Creme Poke Cake uses a box cake mix, instant pudding mix and a tub of frosting to pull together this yummy dessert. I’m like Amanda in that I’d like to have mine a little on the cold side, so I’ll be using her freezer tip as well!
