I am not a coffee drinker. I know, blasphemous! It’s just one of those acquired tastes that I never acquired (well, except for coffee ice cream). But I have learned to like the flavor of coffee added to my all time favorite chocolate. The blend takes chocolate to a special place, so I have become a big fan of mocha (light on the coffee). I have also never been a caramel kind of gal, but the profusion of salted caramels that have sprung up on the food scene in the last few years have caused me to reconsider those as well. So now take both of those blends and mix them together into a baked good…
