It’s been a long week. I’m wicked sore from leaf wrangling and unbelievably, I’m still congested from this bronchitis/cold that I’ve had for about 2 months now. It’s making me crazy. So I’d really like something easy and comforting to eat and thankfully Amanda at A Few Shortcuts is taking care of me!
Simple Apple Chips are just that. You slice them thin, thin, thin, sprinkle with cinnamon or cinnamon sugar and bake at 225 for about 3 hours. This is something I can totally handle this week and the house will smell great and it will be good for me as well!
