AutoTex Pink Wiper Blades

by Nicole on November 13, 2013

In 1903, Mary Anderson made a difference in the lives of others. After a winter visit to New York City, she noticed trolley car operators had to physically open the window and wipe off their windshields so they could see where they were going. When she returned home, she created a window cleaning device that could clear rain, sleet or snow from the windshield by using a handle inside the car.  The windshield wiper is turning 110 years old and continues to make a difference in people’s lives. Paula Lombard, a 20-year wiper industry veteran, has taken “making a difference in people’s lives” to the next level by creating AutoTex Pink Wiper Blades. For every wiper blade purchased, AutoTex PINK proudly makes a donation to the National Breast Cancer Foundation for sales made in the US and the Breast Cancer Society of Canada for sales made in Canada. The simple act of changing your wiper blades can change a life.

This is such a good cause and the pink wiper blades are super fun! My husband right away said he wanted to try these out and put them on his car as soon as we got them.  I asked if he wanted the all pink blades or the black with the insignia and he chose the all pink! He said he has been stopped several times by people asking him where to get the blades! They aren’t just for looks though – he says they were easy to install and are doing a great job keeping his windshield clear!

I love these blades and they would be a perfect stocking stuffer for my daughter for Christmas. I also love that they give to the Cancer Foundation too.
