This week’s recipe from Amanda @ A Few Shortcuts is more finger food for the upcoming Super Bowl (and any other time you want appetizers). The recipe; Zucchini Pizza Bites, is a healthy spin on regular pizza rolls.
This recipe uses ingredients you probably have around the house and is quick to make (think teenagers)! The healthy twist is that you use slices of zucchini for the crust that you broil for a couple of minutes before you add the toppings. Then you stick them back under the broiler and in barely minutes you have a yummy snack!
