Balance Bar New Year’s Pledge and Giveaway

by Nicole on January 1, 2014

As we are ending 2014, and having eaten too much over the holidays  many of you are making New Year’s resolutions today. Instead of neglecting yourself from these treats, substitute with a Balance Bar as a healthy, yet tasty, alternative. Making a New Year’s resolution is easier than actually keeping one, but this time around focus on maintaining a balanced life in 2014.

Take the Balance Bar pledge today! You could win a grand prize fitness vacation or Balance Bar prize packs just for taking the pledge!

There will be an upcoming Balance Bar Twitter Chat.  BalanceBar and @QuickieChick will be hosting a live, one-hour Twitter chat on Thursday, January 9 at 2:00 PM ET.  Join us!

There is a great list of tips for loving life and living it to the fullest from expert Laurel House.  Here is the January tip, check out the other months here.

January: Make an “intention” board to stay motivated.
“Intentions” (rather than “resolutions”) allow you a little leniency while still holding a basic structure that helps to keep you on track to achieve your goals. Create an intention board of images and words cut from magazines that illustrate the energy behind your goals/intentions/resolutions for the year. For the tech savvy out there, go ahead and make it on Pinterest!
