A Few Shortcuts Weekly Recipe: Berry Frozen Yogurt Sandwiches

by Pennie on March 21, 2014

This week’s recipe from Amanda @ A Few Shortcuts is a low cost/low cal alternative to a store bought treat!  And it should be infinitely personalizable: Berry Frozen Yogurt Sandwiches, use whatever berries you like.  My only issue with this recipe is the reduced fat whipped topping. While it does have milk and cream in it now, it also has a bunch of stuff that’s bad for you.   I wonder what you could substitute that would still be low cal?  Any suggestions?

Each week I will highlight one of Amanda’s fabulous recipes. If you don’t have the ingredients or they’re not on sale near you, you could easily print and save the recipes for later use!

Yum still looks delicious. I would recommend strawberry for mine and using Yoplait Yogurt.
