This week’s recipe from Amanda @ A Few Shortcuts is a low cost/low cal alternative to a store bought treat! And it should be infinitely personalizable: Berry Frozen Yogurt Sandwiches, use whatever berries you like. My only issue with this recipe is the reduced fat whipped topping. While it does have milk and cream in it now, it also has a bunch of stuff that’s bad for you. I wonder what you could substitute that would still be low cal? Any suggestions?
