Carvel’s New Flavors and Giveaway

by Pennie on April 8, 2014

It has been a long tough winter but hopefully summer is just around the corner! Carvel…America’s Freshest Ice Cream® wants to kick summer of early with the introduction of their new flavor for spring – Salted Caramel.

Salted Caramel is the salty-sweet combination Americans have come to love and Carvel® has launched an all-new salted caramel flavor featuring deliciously creamy caramel ice cream and a hint of salt just in time for the warmer temperatures.

Starting April 1 to June 29, you will be able to satisfy both your sweet and salty cravings by enjoying this new flavor in a variety of ways, including Salted Caramel Soft Serve and Fresh Scooped Salted Caramel with bits of Heath Toffee Bar packed inside.

Carvel® is also offering the new flavor in its signature on-the-go ice cream treat, the Salted Caramel Heath Sundae Dasher™, which features salted caramel soft serve ice cream with multiple layers of delicious Heath milk chocolate toffee bar chunks, drizzled with caramel sauce and topped with whipped cream – YUM!

Carvel is about to embark on an exciting summer. The brand will be celebrating its 80th Anniversary and there will be give-aways, contests, fundraisers and exciting new flavors as part of the fun during their “80 Days of Summer!”

Nicole’s take:  MMMMM….I grew up with Carvel! We had a lot of Carvel cakes growing up and I love the taste! Soft serve is a favorite of mine and I love salted caramel flavors! We swung by Carvel recently to try the new flavor and were so happy we did! It is rich and delicious and has the great mix of salty and sweet!
