SHRED Pop Popcorn and Giveaway

by Pennie on May 11, 2014

Gluten Free, Vegan, Non-GMO Corn, No MSG, No Cholesterol & Only 100 Calories per Bag

Developed by Dr. Ian Smith, the author of New York Times bestselling diet books, SHRED and Super SHRED, SHRED Pop is an irresistibly guilt-free snack. And, at only 100 calories a bag, flavors like Honey BBQ, Sea Salt, Kettle and White Cheddar will help you curb your craving without ruining your diet.

“Snacks are great, but they must be done properly. Remember that snacks are bridges between meals and not meals in and of themselves. Try to keep your snacks to 150 calories or less, and this will help you from consuming too many calories when you sit down for your regular meal,” explains Smith.

SHRED Pop is only made with non-GMO corn and all flavors are gluten-free. With zero cholesterol and no MSG, you can be sure that SHRED Pop is as good for you as it is delicious. Additionally, all flavors except for White Cheddar are vegan. So if you’re looking for a healthy alternative to traditional popcorn or simply trying to watch your calorie intake, SHRED Pop is your next go-to snack.

“People have to realize that dieting is not a sprint, it’s a marathon. If you celebrate the small victories, you will eventually win the war,” says Smith.

Nicole’s take:  We love popcorn in this house and were excited to try SHRED Pop as it is only 100 calories per bag and lacks a lot of the artificial ingredients other bagged popcorns have! I loved the honey BBQ flavor while Jamie loved the kettle flavor.  The bags were decent sized portions and the flavors were really great!
